Once educational institutions, government agencies, and other businesses keen on signing up to use Google Cloud products, you come in to facilitate making their work more productive, mobile, and collaborative. 

You assist Quesera Account Specialist by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers.

You liaise with the R&D engineering team to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will become an advisor and expert advocate for our platform to our customers and prospects. You will help them get the most value out of a platform. To do this, you will know the Google Cloud Platform product inside-out and provide high expert support to Cloud Architects on the most complex and innovative projects, using both technical and business skill to lead the project forward as efficiently as possible. You’ll accompany our customers in discovering the technology/solution and consulting the best way to implement it. You’ll optimize for results when in production, always with the customers success as priority.

Responsibilities

Work with the Quesera Account Specialist to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.

Work directly with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments. Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.

Ability to learn, understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud technology space. Ability to deliver technical presentations demonstrating excellent presentation skills.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in a technical sales engineering role in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.

Position #2 – Quesera Account Specialist (Sales incline)

As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners via Google Cloud platforms.

About the Job

As a Quesera Account Specialist, you’ll draw on your sales, communication and organizational skills to help customers get the most value from Google Cloud Platform and G Suite. Your previous experience with business infrastructure implementations, cloud platform design, Big Data solutions and application development will play a critical part in your day-to-day work driving success and advocating for our customers. You will own all aspects of Google Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate their journey to our platform and optimize their business and technical operations.

You’ll develop relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders to understand their business requirements and goals. Building on this knowledge, you will manage the shared strategic roadmaps to drive customer partnerships, provide guidance and program leadership and facilitate customers’ digital transformation to optimize their value on Google Cloud platform and G Suite.

Responsibilities

Establish executive relationships, advocate for customers to overcome adoption blockers and coordinate across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer growth.

Manage relationship with customers and collaborate with Customer Business and Implementation Leads to manage and drive successful adoption of Google Cloud platform. Provide best practices and accelerated support for Google Cloud Platform and G Suite Solutions.

Guide customers through the innovation lifecycle, building strategic roadmaps and driving achievement of key milestones. Serve as an advocate for business transformation, enabling teams to embrace Google Cloud technologies.

Drive customer feedback to Quesera R&D Engineering teams to ensure quality production experiences and assist in prioritizing product requirements by communicating customer needs and impact.

Minimum qualifications

2 years of experience as a customer-facing services consultant in an infrastructure and/or data systems environment.

Experience in two or more of the following areas: data center infrastructure, operating systems, networking, security, system administration, service management modernization and/or data architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in a Management, Technical or Engineering field.

Experience in technical support/operations (e.g., capacity planning, product release management, etc.) for cloud platforms.

Experience in application/workload migration with cloud platforms.
